Chinese Food:The soup with peach gum white fungus and sydney

Raw material:
peach gum of 15 g,one sydney (300 g ),rock candy of 30 g,white fungus of 5 g,plum flower of Manyue of 5 g,clear water of 1000 ml.
A practice:
1. Dip the peach gum in clear water one night (about 12 hours ) to make it soft,its volume can rise ten times.Then take out the black impurity of surface of peach gum that has soft carefully,clean it many times and cut to be small and symmetrical piece.
2. Dip white fungus in clear water to be soft about 20 minutes and broke them to be small flowers by hands.Peel off the skin of sydney and cut it to be T-shaped about 1 cm.
3. Append peach gum,white fungus and water to pan,boil them by conflagration and cook them 30 minutes by small fire,cooking liquor starts to be dense now.
4. Append the T-shaped sydney to cook 5 minutes ,then append rock candy and plum flower of Manyue to mix and cook 3 minutes at the same time ,it is ok when rock candy dissolves wholely and cooking liquor is dense.
Tips:
1. The water of sugar can beauty the skin ,clear away heat and nourish yin and moisturize the lung .You can drink when it is hot at winter,and the mouthfeel will be better when it freeze at summer.We usually do that one time every week for protecting the skin at summer.
2. Peach gum isn’t expensive and other ingredient about the water of sugar is so,but a small cup of it will sell 28 dollers at some dinning-hall of cantonese cuisine.
3. Peach gum is the resin that secretes from the tree trunk of peach tree (Some can secrete from apricot tree,plum tree and cherry).Dry peach gum is very hard and crystallized rock,it need dip softly and cook.Peach gum has commercial product and eating product,you should choice the eating peach gum if you eat it.
4. Peach gum is usual at southern city,you need to buy at big wholesale market at north.If you want that to be easy,Taobao has many market to sell peach,you can search.dipped peach gun can rise very large,you can use a long time to buy it of 200g.

Cranberries grour in north amrica.they have scarlet color.sour sweet taste and contain many nutrient component like catechuic acid.vitamin C.vitamin E etc.It has some functions for human health like antion flammatory tonifying spleen.skin beautifying etc.you can buy them in many roasting shops and some supermarkets.If not,you can use anther preserves like raisin instead.
