Chinese Food:Stir-fry the drying kidney bean

A practice :
1) Take the head and end of kidney bean out ,rip the old muscle oft ,cut to be the segment about 4 centermeters .

2) Drying pepper cut to be the slice ,ginger cut to be silk ,carrot cut to be floriform , cut to be flower segment .

3) Boil the oil of 1 spoon ,put kidney bean in it and saute endless ,stir-fry kidney bean to be dry ,the color likes yellow ,take it and leave to use .

4) Boil the oil of 3 spoons,use small fire to saute spicy ginge silk dry pepper and green pepper .

5) Put the kidney bean that have stir-fried in it , saute 2 minutes with the makings of pan .

6) Append salt of 1/3 spoon , 1/2 chicken dust and soy sauce named haitianhaixian of 2 spoons to change sweet , append the carrot slice to mix ,you can take it now .

Note :
1) When you stir-fry kidney bean ,can’t put more oil , put little oil and use the small or middle fire to stir-fry kidney bean to be yellow ,use the big fire to make to make the kidney bean become adust easily .
2) Dry pepper and pepper should use small fire to saute to be sweet ,use the big fire to saute adust ,saute the dry pepper to chande color , you can put in kidney bean to saute .
3) Kidney bean should buy the green and rounded color , don’t buy white and big kidney bean or the feeling of mouth can’t silvery and sweet ,kidney bean should be sauted to be ripe ,or it can become poisonous .
4) To keep the sweet and spicy of dish ,whenyou saute kidney bean you just put in fixing ,can’t trickle down water ,or the sweet of dish won’t be silvery .
